DAMAGED ITEMS – REPLACEMENT AND RETURNS POLICY

David Hart Galleries will happily replace or refund your purchase if it arrives damaged.

Any damage should be reported within 48 hours of delivery, please click here to email the information along with photographs of the damage as well as the inside and outside of the packaging. Please retain original packaging as we may need to arrange for collection of the damaged or faulty item.  The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

In the case where a refund is issued, the refund will be facilitated through your original payment method.


CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

In the event that you don’t love the original artwork that you’ve just received, please click here to submit a return request within 48 hours and we will happily exchange your item or offer a full refund (less return shipping costs) on return of the item in its original condition and in the original packaging.  The artwork must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Shipping will be organised by David Hart Galleries and all return costs will be deducted from the refund.

Commissioned, reduced, sale and promotional items are NOT eligible for change of mind returns.

Orders shipped overseas are not eligible for change of mind returns.

Original Artworks – Free shipping Australia wide

Framed Reproductions – Free shipping to most areas around QLD, NSW, ACT and Vic.  Deliveries to WA, SA, rural and regional locations areas may attract shipping costs but will be at a discounted rate. We are happy to provide a quote prior to ordering. Click here to email your request and please provide your full address details and which item you are interested in ordering.

Unframed Reproductions – Free shipping Australia wide

Giftware – $12.95 or for orders over $100 is free shipping Australia wide

International Shipping will incur a shipping charge. Click here to email your request and please provide your full address details and which item you are interested in ordering and whether you would like to add insurance.


DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

If the item is in stock, dispatch will be within 48 hours.  

We are unable deliver to PO Boxes as our couriers require a street address for delivery. If it’s an unframed reproduction that will be sent in a tube, we can deliver these to a PO Box if you prefer.

As a guide, if you live in Southeast QLD, your delivery should arrive between 1 – 3 business days from dispatch.  Sydney area is 3 – 7 business days and Melbourne area is 5 – 9 business days.

PRINT AND PRODUCTION

We have a large range of Fine Art Reproductions printed and ready for dispatch, but some are made to order and require 5 – 10 days production and framing time.


PAYMENT OPTIONS

David Hart Galleries accepts payment by Credit Card, PayPal, Direct Transfer and AfterPay. Payment is required before an order can be processed. For international orders we accept payment by Direct Transfer, PayPal or credit card only.
